Artificial intelligence (AI)

Artificial intelligence is a broad term that encompasses technologies such as machine learning and robotics. AI can be used for everything from self-driving cars to virtual assistants. It's already being used in many areas of business, including marketing automation, customer service and customer experience management.

Blockchain

In 2023, blockchain is expected to be one of the most important technologies in the world. Blockchain is a decentralized ledger that records transactions across many computers at once. This technology offers a new way for businesses and individuals to transact without the need for a central authority, such as a bank or government agency. In fact, blockchain technology has been called the “most disruptive” technology since the Internet came about.

The Internet of Things (IoT) refers to machines being connected to each other in networks. It’s also known as the “Internet of Everything” (IoE). There are already billions of connected devices today—everything from your phone to your car, refrigerator, thermostat and lightbulbs, among others —and these numbers are only expected to grow over time. By 2023, it’s estimated that there will be over 50 billion devices connected worldwide.
